An all-Sibelius programme for piano trio brings two of the named trios (both with geographical connections to Finland) together with two rarities, including one later completed by Kalevi Aho, one of today’s star Finnish composers. Sato, Ylönen and Gräsbeck have performed and recorded Sibelius’ chamber music extensively, and perform in the impressive surroundings of Leighton House, a nineteenth-century studio-house in west London.
